		<description>It is really sad just how bad those snack type foods are and the fact that they have more than one serving. Ridiculous. You should premake a big batch at home and bring it with you to have on hand.One that I like to make is with cashews or almonds, raisins, and dark chocolate chips.(so yummy)  Some really great &quot;bars&quot; that I love to carry in my purse in case I need something are Larabars. They are super healthy and very satifying.
